Lawn Care

Most lawn services require you to sign a yearly contract and will mow your property every single week if it needs it or not. We will check your yard every week or every two weeks based on your service request to see if the service is actually required. If not, we drive away. Why would we want undue wear and tear of our equipment and waste our time and your money for something that is not required due to weather conditions?

Our cutting height is 3 inches during the growing seasons but when temperatures approach upper 80’s consistently our cutting height goes to 3.5 inches. We can adjust cutting height to your request however; we do not cut below 2.5 inches though
to ensure your lawn remains healthy at all time.

Our Lawn Care services cover everything outdoors. Mowing, trimming, edging and blowing off all clippings from sidewalks and drives as well as patios. Small minor landscaping projects like; treesurrounds or flower beds. Yard de-thatching, gutter cleaning for single story homes and pressure washing of single story homes. Hedge/ bush removal services.

In June we provide hedge/bush trimming. In October or when cooler temperatures permit we will aerate and re-seed your lawn as well as rejuvenate any mulch bedding areas. Mulching services can also be done in the spring or whenever the customer requests this service.
